We are looking for a full-time cityKiDS Director to lead the children’s ministry (birth-6th grade) at City of Grace.

Experience and Knowledge Required:

Experience in working with children – 3+ years experience working in church, ministry or educational settings; awareness and respect for child safety and care; ability to plan services and curriculum scope and sequences; genuine heart and passion for children

Experience in Team Building – Can grow teams through connection and invitation; provide thorough training and support to volunteers; administrative skills in managing schedules, tasks, and projects

Experience in Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills with experience in conflict resolution
