The Venue Manager ensures that the church campus is fully prepared, welcoming, and operationally ready for all services, ministry events, and third-party usage.
This role oversees all aspects of venue logistics — from campus readiness and event setup to parking, janitorial coordination, and front desk support. The Venue Manager plays a vital role in creating a seamless and hospitable experience for guests, volunteers, staff, and tenants, embodying our commitment to excellence and ministry.
Experience and Knowledge Required:
Proven experience in event management, hospitality, or facility coordination.
Strong organizational and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Executive Assistant/ Business Admin
We are looking for an Executive Assistant/Business Admin. A brief job description is below:

The Executive Assistant/Business Admin provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the Office of the Executive Pastor. This role ensures the efficient management of communications, scheduling, systems, and research — enabling the Executive Pastor to focus on ministry leadership, staff development, and strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to serving with excellence. This individual represents the Executive Pastor’s office with professionalism, confidentiality, and a ministry-first mindset — marked by a spirit of hospitality and grace in every interaction.
Experience and Knowledge Required:
Proven experience as an executive assistant, project manager, or administrative professional (ministry or nonprofit preferred).
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Apple software, and online collaboration platforms.
Strong experience managing calendars, databases, and reporting tools.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Flexible availability, including some weekends and events.

Facilities Maintenance Tech
We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Tech. A brief job description is below:
The purpose of this job is:
To ensure building systems and grounds are kept in the most excellent condition and a ministry-ready state. The Facilities Technician works to maintain the day-to-day building operations and fulfill special projects across all campuses as needed.
Primary Responsibilities include: Repairs, Maintenance, Campus Operations, Small Projects, and light Custodial.
Experience and Knowledge Required:
- Technical Skills – basic knowledge and orientation toward hand and power tools, building systems, maintenance, and problem solving within a team environment. Ability to learn and develop new skillsets and take direction well.
- Strong work ethic - Ability to work well with others in a team environment, can demonstrate respect, inclusivity, collaboration, and responsiveness. Welcomes hard work, camaraderie, and new projects.
